I cannot express how wonderful I think of the team at Titan Vans. The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treat you like family. From the first time talking with Kim I knew you found the place to work the interior changes on a used van I had purchased. Time to finally head home and the first rain in Colorado since I purchased van and there was a leak. The whole back bed was soaked. Titan Vans to the rescue- squeezed me in their tight schedule, found the leak and repaired to get me on the road on schedule. I can’t say enough about my gratitude. Thank you Kim and Titan Vans. I know where i will come back when I upgrade to a new van.

This shop did such a great job on my van. they made the sales process easy and clear, and after the work was done the shop manager walked through it with me. When I had more specific questions he just grabbed the person who did the work and they spent time with me going through some of the circuits and details of the electronic system. Highly recommend to anyone with a van issue, or who wants to upgrade their van further.

My wife and I recently bought a newly built Sprinter van and what an amazing job and attention to detail on the build out! Everything is top notch craftsmanship and the customer service is unlike anywhere else. I was having issues with the interior cabinets in my van and needed professional help in resecuring them. I didn’t purchase the van from Titan but that wasn’t a concern like it is with some other shops. Titan was great from start to finish, the job was done quickly and very fairly priced, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and my van is back in great shape. While there I spoke to multiple customers all who were very happy with the custom builds they had from Titan and I personally saw the high level of customer service they deliver. When I am ready for an upgrade Titan is who I will be calling.

I researched a few different companies and ended up choosing Titan after meeting Matt North and Team Titan. Both are super impressive - professionally and personally. I have nothing but respect and admiration. Purchased a 2023 Sprinter 170 from Titan in June of 2023. Have made a few upgrades since that time (larger fuel tank being one - which I strongly recommend). Team Titan Sales and Service has been excellent to work with. My latest upgrade was adding another battery (3rd) in June of 2026. The morning following the battery addition, the van wouldn't start so I reached out to Matt and Team Titan; whom explained to me that my keyfob battery was dead, where I had to place the fob to get the van started and then they hand-held me and changed the battery in my keyfob when I showed up at their doorstep. So not only are Matt and Team Titan experts at vans, they are also quite adept at changing the diapers of their customers (like me)!!! Thanks Matt and Team Titan, for the van build. Perfect for Mama and I to keep using it to build memories.

4 years - 75,000 miles not a rattle , squeak or lose screw . Equipment is flawless works as well as the day we picked it up. Any question during the learning curve were always immediately and respectfully answered . We knew we chose the right builder before we committed to the build . Went here for help with a problem that another van company created and the Titan team was awesome! They not only fixed the problem, but everyone was very welcoming, they were transparent about the work that needed to be done, and they provided a tour of their facility so I’d know more about how they operate. I recently experienced a clogged exhaust tube on my Webasto heating system due to icy slushy road conditions. I attempted to start my heater un aware of the blockage at the end of the exhaust tube. The system sensed the problem and would not start. I reset the system but no luck. After 3-4 attempts there seemed to be a hard lockout and would not even receive fault codes anymore. I took my van into Titan and after a thorough diagnostic review the team was able to remedy the issue in a timely manner. The Titan operation is incredibly dialed in. Jason one of the service representatives kept me informed frequently about the progress of the repair. Everyone I have dealt with at Titan vans has been extremely helpful with everything I have needed. I’m so happy I chose a Titan van and really appreciate the excellent after purchase service and help they provide. These folks are awesome & they stand by the quality of their work product. They rebuilt my German diesel heater, which went out this winter because I didn’t have it regularly serviced. It works great now!!! They’re professional, know their stuff & my dog loved them. I plan to buy my next van from them. Highly recommend!

Purchased a new Ultra 144 from Titan Vans in March of 2025. Extremely happy with the van as well as Titan's service department. Matt and his team worked with me through every phase of the building process and made sure that all my specific upgrades were installed correctly. The system manuals & videos are comprehensive which is very important for any new van owner. Any minor after-sale adjustments or upgrades I've made have been handled quickly and professionally at Titan's new facility in Boulder. All systems integrated into the van allow for ease of access for most van shops to work on in case there's ever an issue out of state. After researching the different options for purchasing a custom Sprinter van, I am pleased with my decision to work with Titan Vans. Titan Vans did a fantastic job. They quickly, professionally, and expertly diagnosed and repaired a complicated problem we were experiencing with the solar system in our van. We were traveling through Boulder on our way back to Virginia where we knew we would find no experienced technicians. Titan worked us in quickly, kept us updated regularly during their inspection, and were able to repair the system on the same day for a very reasonable sum. The facility is state of the art and the employees show pride in their work. We couldn’t recommend Titan any more highly.
