Warranty Coverage

Titan Vans warrants the Covered Vehicle to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first from the Warranty Effective Date, or Mileage listed above. This warranty extends to the original buyer only and is non transferable. This warranty is for work performed by Titan Vans. This warranty does not cover any component, assembly, structural features, drive train, suspension, emissions, or any other part associated with the original manufacturer of the concerned vehicle.

Within the period of this warranty, Titan Vans will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship that was produced by Titan Vans. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by Titan Vans or a service center approved by Titan Vans. Bills sent to Titan Vans from other repair facilities without prior written consent from Titan Vans will not be paid.

Individual appliances including but not limited to furnace, fridge, hot water heater, inverter, battery, solar panel, solar charge controller, battery isolator relay, fan, AC unit, latches, drawer slides, hinges, and swivel seats are not covered under this Warranty and claims must be filed with the original manufacturer of the product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
2. Corrective work necessitated by repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Titan Vans authorized service technician.
