Most of our team has lived in a van. Not as a marketing anecdote — as the reason certain decisions in our builds are non-negotiable. You learn different things from a winter in a van than you do from a drawing. Here is what that experience produced.
Rugged
Our components are engineered, not assembled from a catalog. We design cabinetry, metalwork, water tanks, and electrical in CAD and manufacture them in-house on our own machines. That means tolerances we control, weight we account for, and a system where everything is designed to work with everything else. It also means fewer repairs over the life of the van — which is the most meaningful environmental claim a builder can make.
Modular
Kitchens, cabinets, beds, seats, and hanger fittings are engineered to come out. Hauling bikes for a weekend, moving a friend, sleeping five instead of two — the van adapts instead of forcing you to work around it. Our Classic is built to be upgraded later, so the van you buy at the start of a season can be a different van by the end of it. You are not locked into the version of yourself who placed the order.
Serviceable
We build assuming things will need attention, because they will. Systems are accessible. Components are individually replaceable. Our EX3 electrical system is fully recoverable and designed to function down to -5°F — four-season capability that we tested because we live where it gets cold. And we have a real service department that works on Sprinters, Transits, ProMasters, Revels, Storytellers, and Ekkos, not just our own builds.
Verified, not asserted
We are RVIA certified and a Mercedes-Benz eXpertUpfitter. Both mean someone outside our building has checked our work against a standard. In an industry with a low barrier to entry, that difference matters.
Transparent
Pricing for base packages and upgrades is published on our site. Our online builder shows you the van and the number updating together as you add options. No discovery call required before you learn what something costs.
